This policy applies to hosted WordPress websites, WooCommerce stores and related services. It protects customers, visitors and network operation, and supplements the Terms of Service.
2. Prohibited use
You must not use the service for unlawful content or activity, to compromise security or to infringe others’ rights. In particular, the following are prohibited:
- Child sexual abuse material, human trafficking, terrorist content or other activity prohibited by applicable law.
- Illegal sales, fraud, impersonation, phishing and unlawful deceptive activity.
- Infringement of intellectual property, privacy or personal-data rights, and unauthorised disclosure of confidential information.
- Malware, ransomware, botnets, DDoS attacks, unauthorised access or security testing of third parties without permission.
- Unsolicited bulk messages, mailing lists without a lawful basis or circumvention of email protections.
- Circumvention of plan limits, cryptocurrency mining or unagreed workloads unrelated to the hosted WordPress/WooCommerce service that materially affect other users.
3. Security and resource use
You must cooperate with incident handling, maintain lawful licences and secure credentials, and not knowingly install malicious or compromised software. Full technical management does not make us responsible for the legality of your sales or content.
Agreed resource limits are defined in the plan. For resource problems we assess the actual impact, notify you and seek optimisation or an agreed plan change. Undisclosed numerical limits are not used to impose automatic extra charges.
4. Reporting illegal content
Send electronic reports about content hosted on our service to info@hostlim.com. You do not need a customer account. This contact also receives authority communications under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065. We accept Greek and English.
For a notice under Article 16 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, include the following. A prior court decision or rights registration is not required unless the law requires it.
- The exact URL and any additional information needed to locate the content.
- A sufficiently substantiated explanation of why the particular content is considered illegal, with supporting details or a legal basis where available.
- The reporter’s name and email, subject to the exception for specified child sexual abuse offences in Article 16(2)(c).
- A good-faith statement that the information and allegations in the notice are accurate and complete.
5. Review, restrictions and reconsideration
We acknowledge receipt without undue delay when electronic contact details are provided. Reports are reviewed promptly, objectively and diligently. We may request clarification; a report does not trigger automatic removal.
Depending on seriousness, we may request remediation, isolate a file or function, restrict access, suspend or terminate the service. We favour proportionate measures addressing the problem. Urgent serious risks or binding authority orders may require action before notification.
Where required, the affected customer receives a clear statement of reasons, facts, legal or contractual basis, scope and duration of restrictions, any use of automated means and available challenge routes. The reporter is informed of the decision and available review routes as required by law.
For reconsideration, email info@hostlim.com with the report reference, decision and reasons for disagreement. A responsible person reviews the case. Authority and court remedies remain available. There is no general obligation to pre-screen all hosted content.
6. Report data and updates
Report information is used for assessment, security, legal compliance and legal claims under the Privacy Policy. It is not indiscriminately disclosed to customers. Material policy changes are notified before implementation.
