2. Website content and rights holders
Original text, design and other protected website material belong to the business or are used under licences from their respective rights holders. The copyright notice is not a claim of exclusive ownership of all third-party software, images, fonts or marks.
Browsing and necessary temporary copying for lawful access are permitted. Further use is allowed under an applicable licence, written permission or statutory exception. Exceptions and limitations under Greek Law 2121/1993, as amended, and applicable EU law remain unaffected.
3. WordPress, WooCommerce and third-party software
Third-party marks and names belong to their respective rights holders. Their use describes technologies and service compatibility.
Open-source software remains governed by its own licences, including the GPL where applicable. We do not restrict rights granted by those licences. Premium plugins, themes and other commercial software follow the rights holder’s licence and the specific plan agreement. Managed-hosting fees are for the service and do not change software licences.
4. Customer content
Customers retain rights in hosted content and must have the permissions needed to use it. Hosting does not transfer ownership to Hostlim.
Technical access and copying are limited to what is needed for hosting, backups, security and support under the contract. Using customer content in advertising or a portfolio requires separate permission.
5. Reporting infringement
If you believe material on our website or hosted services infringes your rights, report it to info@hostlim.com. Identify the work or right, exact URL, why it infringes and your capacity as rights holder or authorised representative. Include contact details and a good-faith statement that the information is accurate and complete.
Reports follow our notice procedure. We may request clarification without imposing unjustified formal registration requirements. Licences, statutory exceptions and the affected user’s explanations are considered.
You may request reconsideration by a responsible person through the same email. This process does not replace authority or court remedies. Personal data in reports are handled under the Privacy Policy.
